Crafter, Vendor & Food Truck Information and Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in participating in the 1st Annual SCA Craft & Vendor Fair, hosted by the Glory Grams (a ministry of SCA)! Please review the following information carefully before submitting your registration.
Event Schedule
Vendor Setup: 8:00 AM
Event Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Registration Process
Complete and submit the registration form.
Applications will be reviewed prior to acceptance.
Approved applicants will be notified by email or phone and will then be asked to submit the $25 booth fee.
Important Dates
Registration Deadline: September 28, 2026
Approval Notifications: By October 3, 2026
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must provide their own tent, canopy, or EZ-Up, as well as tables and chairs.
All tents, canopies, and EZ-Ups must be properly weighted for safety.
Electricity will not be available.
Vendors are expected to remain set up for the duration of the event (9:00 AM–3:00 PM).
At the end of the event, vendors are responsible for cleaning their booth area and leaving the space in the same condition in which it was found.
Application Requirements
Please include:
A detailed description of the products or services you will be offering.
A description of your booth display.
Business Vendors
Business vendors are required to submit:
A Certificate of Insurance naming the church as an Additional Insured for General Liability coverage with minimum limits of:
$1,000,000 per occurrence
$2,000,000 aggregate
Hobby Crafters
Hobby crafters will be required to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement acknowledging responsibility for any bodily injury or property damage arising from their participation and agreeing to hold the church harmless from any related claims.
Food Trucks
Food truck vendors must submit:
A Certificate of Insurance naming the church as an Additional Insured for General Liability coverage with minimum limits of:
$1,000,000 per occurrence
$2,000,000 aggregate
Proof of a College Township Mobile Food Vendor Permit.
Proof of licensing or authorization from the State College Health Department or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as applicable.

Event Assistance
Church volunteers will be available throughout the day to assist vendors as needed.
Parking
Vendor parking is available in the side parking lot. Volunteers will be on site to direct vendors to the designated parking area.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located at the upper athletic field.
Children's Activities
A playground is available for children, and volunteers will be present to help supervise the area for their safety.
Glory Grams will host an information table and provide games and crafts for children throughout the event.
